All sales of digital products downloaded are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of digital stickers once they have been downloaded. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Refunds

In the exceptional case that a customer is not satisfied with the quality of the purchased electronic stickers or experiences technical difficulties, we may offer a refund. This will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To apply for a refund, you must email us at info@stickershop.space within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the order number, and clearly explain the reason for your refund request.

Please note that we cannot consider refund requests if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase.
