Content License – PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED License
Content on PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED is available to you under the following terms and conditions (“PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED License”). Under the PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED License, you are granted an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, download, copy, modify or adapt the content for non-commercial purposes only. Attribution of a photographer, videographer, musician, or PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED is not required, but always welcome.
All purchased content is in the form of downloadable content and no physical items are shipped to the buyer.
The PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED license does not allow:
Selling or distributing content as digital content or digital wallpaper (for example, on photobank sites or as NFTs);
Sale or distribution of content (for example, in the form of posters, digital prints, music files or physical products) without adding additional elements or adding value;
Depiction of identifiable persons in an offensive, pornographic, obscene, defamatory or vicious manner;
Any indication that there is endorsement of products and services by the individuals, brands, vocalists and organizations depicted, unless permission has been obtained.
Please note that while all content on PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED is free to use for non-commercial purposes, content elements such as identifiable people, logos, brands, audio snippets, etc. may be subject to additional copyrights, proprietary rights, privacy rights, trademarks, etc., and may require third party consent or a license to these rights, especially for commercial use. PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED does not represent or warrant that such consents or licenses have been obtained and expressly disclaims any liability in this regard.
Content upload
By uploading content to the website, you grant PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED and its users an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, download, copy, modify or adapt the content (in whole or in part) for any purpose, including commercial and non-commercial. For the avoidance of doubt, this license includes the right of PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED to distribute content under the PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED License or any other license granted by PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that your content will be made publicly available through the service for the personal and commercial use of third parties in accordance with these terms and conditions without providing you with attribution or remuneration.
You are entirely responsible for the content you upload. You warrant that:
You own all of your own rights in the content you upload to the website and that the content does not infringe the copyright, property rights, trademark or other applicable rights of third parties;
You have received a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, amicable and royalty-free version consent and/or permission to use this work for any purpose without any more conditions, unless such conditions are required by law;

Termination
We may terminate or disable your account immediately without notice or liability for any reason, including if you violate the terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website terminates immediately.

PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THEIR USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE. PLEXUS 2023 LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ORGANIZATION FOR ANY GENERAL, PUNITABLE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, EXPENSES OR LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ITS CONTENT.
